Tourist.com is an online platform that provides tourists with access to discounts, special offers, and promotional deals from various partners and businesses around the world. We do not sell products or services directly.

3. Tourist Card and Membership

The Tourist Card is a digital membership card that grants access to exclusive discounts and offers from our partner network. There are two membership tiers:

• Tourist Free — available to all registered users at no cost. Provides access to a selection of partner discounts.
• Tourist Plus — a paid subscription providing access to the full catalog of offers, premium discounts, and additional benefits.

Discounts and offers are provided by third-party partners. Tourist Inc. is not responsible for the availability, quality, or accuracy of individual partner offers. Partners may change or withdraw their offers at any time.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Tourist Plus subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) or activated via a prepaid coupon code. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method.

• Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period.
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice to your registered email.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of Tourist Plus benefits until payment is resolved.
• Coupon codes are single-use, non-transferable, and may have an expiry date.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Tourist Plus subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at support@tourist.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time, except where required by applicable law. EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided the subscription has not been used to redeem any offers.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@tourist.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions should be cancelled before account deletion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the discount system.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Tourist.com for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that may damage or impair its functionality.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
• Misuse the content or attempt to copy, reproduce, or distribute it without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Tourist.com, including logos, text, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without our prior written consent.
