Day 1: Arrival in Lima
Your driver-guide will meet you at Lima International Airport upon your arrival and take you directly to your hotel. During the transfer, feel free to ask any questions about your tour. Depending on your arrival time, you may have some free time for an initial exploration of Lima (e.g., strolling around the renowned Kennedy Park situated right in the heart of the Miraflores neighborhood). Spend the night in Lima.
Day 2: Guided City Tour of Lima
After having breakfast at your hotel, your driver-guide will greet you to commence our city tour of Lima. The day begins by walking through the historical downtown area of the capital. Visit the main square known as "Plaza Mayor" or "Plaza de Armas," home to several important landmarks including the sixteenth century Lima Cathedral, the Presidential Palace, the Archbishopric Residence of Lima, and the Basilique of St. Francis of Assissi - all recognized sites under protection by UNESCO.
