Post breakfast explore Thimphu including visits to:
• **The Great Buddha Statue**: Facing the Thimphu Valley below stands the world's largest and tallest Buddha statue measuring an impressive 169 feet (52 meters) tall. Enjoy panoramic vistas of entire Thimphu town from this vantage point.
• Textile Museum, adjacent to the National Library at Chubachhu; inaugurated in 2001, showcasing traditional Bhutanese textile art, handicrafts, and exclusive Royal Collections such as early versions of the raven crest used by both Kings of Bhutan, attire & regalia donned by members of the Royal Family among other artifacts.
• Tashichho Dzong Monastery Fort, perched precariously over the Wang Chu Riverbanks, originally erected in 1641 under guidance of Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyel then expanded further in 1694 during reign of Je Khenpo Gyalsey Tenzing Rabgey.
