PDC derives its name from its founder, Pietro De Conti, whose vision shaped the winery's mission: to serve as an ambassador of Prosecco di Cartizze, guided by sustainability and a pursuit of excellence. Our Philosophy: PDC CARTIZZE is the only winery specializing in Cartizze, the most prestigious and renowned area of Prosecco Superiore, situated within the historic hills of Valdobbiadene. With an annual production capped at just 15,000 bottles, the winery adheres to a philosophy of sustainability and artisan excellence, crafting sophisticated sparkling wines that genuinely reflect their origins. PDC CARTIZZE is also the sole organically certified winery in the Cartizze region.
