Come and indulge yourself in an adventurous experience. We begin a few kilometres up the mountain with a brief 20 minute trek through the rain forest to reach our departure point. The initial decent begins beside a waterfall allowing for practise before tackling the rapids -at least until reaching the next falls. There are seven abseil descents over waterfalls altogether along with several small drops which require careful negotiation by climbing them rather than jumping off , plus trekking across parts of the river course when moving between these sections. Be prepared to get soaked during this trip; rest assured its inevitable ! Half way through the excursion we'll stop briefly to eat provided snacks while taking pleasure in being surrounded solely by nature . Items needed : Ensure footwear and clothing suitable for becoming drenched are worn ; if returning back to base or accommodation involves considerable travel then consider bringing additional clean attire too. A drinking flask should definitely accompany you whilst cameras could prove useful although they would inevitably become damp due to proximity to rivers. Sun cream isn't required because exposure outside the dense foliage remains minimal throughout most of the day but even more importantly using sun lotion contributes towards polluting local waters something we wish to prevent entirely.
