Rafting on Cetina River

Rafting on the Cetina River is one of those experiences that makes you forget your phone exists. Just 20 minutes from the coast near Omiš, the river cuts through a dramatic canyon of cliffs, waterfalls, and crystal-clear turquoise pools. It feels wild and untouched — but it’s incredibly safe and beginner-friendly. ### What it’s like You start calm. Soft paddling. Cold, clean mountain water. Sun hitting the canyon walls. Then come the small rapids — splashy, fun, just enough adrenaline to make you feel alive without being terrifying. Most sections are grade II–III, which means exciting but manageable even if you’ve never rafted before. Between rapids, you float. You swim. You jump off rocks (optional but highly encouraged 😄). There’s even a small waterfall section where you can step out of the raft and cool off under falling water. ### No experience needed You don’t need to be super fit. You don’t need prior rafting experience. You don’t even need strong swimming skills (life jackets are provided).
