Art Palace of Georgia – Museum of Cultural History is the most significant depository of our cultural heritage. It’s situated within one of the main architectural landmarks of the nation's capital. Its creator is renowned local architect Paul Friedrich Stern. This structure represents classical examples of Islamaic gothic architecture. Back in 1882 Prince Constantine Petrovich Oldenburgsky (Constantin von Oldenburg und Reuß zu Köstritz, Fürst von Oldenburg, Graf von Reuß älterer Linie auf Greiz und Gera etc.) encountered Agafia Ippolitovna Dzhaparidze, married lady of noble lineage herself, during their stay at Ku-taisi. Captivated by her striking features, despite being aware of her matrimonial ties, Constantin professed his affection openly. His passionate feelings led poor Agafya down a path where she abandoned everything including her spouse as well as societal norms altogether. They then fled together settling permanently in Tiblisi thereafter. As part of expressing his devotion toward Agaria whom he loved dearly but could never legally wed due to social conventions prohibiting such unions between individuals already bound under marriage vows , Prinz constructed what would become known henceforth simply 'the theatre house'. Later transformed into today's esteemed institution dedicated exclusively showcasing art forms related directly or indirectly connected historically/culturally speaking specifically pertaining uniquely indigenous traditions found solely across entire region spanning Greater Caucasia... Established officially back when legendary Georgians like Davit Arzenerisdzhvili(David Sergeyevich Arsenishvili)(who went onto establish another notable landmark namely Andrey Rublyov State Museum Reserve inside Russian Federation Capital City afterwards ) took initiative establishing initial foundation stone ceremony marking commencement date formally recognized anniversary celebrated annually since inception event occurred sometime around year nineteen twenty seven ...
